Libby Lombardo, business and property entrepreneur, author and CEO is one of Australia’s leaders in joint venture property development.

Having bought, sold, developed and traded real estate for over a decade, Libby established Leverage Property, which provide services for thousands of Australians who aspire to become wealthy through property development.  She empowers others and teaches her clients to be successful property millionaires in their own right.

Libby had a great ah-ha moment at 18 when she didn’t get accepted into university. “If the uni won’t accept me, then I will create my own university”. She started by reading hundreds of books on making money and achieving a lot before the age of 25. This was done primarily though using little or no money of her own, trading and selling development sites and learning the ropes is her passion.

Added into this journey was the chance to travel the world and mix in circles that consisted of many BRW Top 200 business people in Australia. With these mentors, Libby soaked up the information like a sponge! It didn’t all go Libby’s way when in her late 20’s, after some critical financial errors, she lost everything with to many over heads and the property market turned, it all turned upside down.

With her elite group of business mentors, Libby made the right property moves to get back on track and now in her early 30′s is in an even better position than before with these valuable lesson behind her.  Her passion now is to give back by showing and helping others how to achieve what she has without having to go through the same costly mistakes and not being mislead by other people in the industry.
